Christine Alberta Hunter was born on March 1, 1937 in Norfork, VA. to Richard Hunter and Alberta Davis. Christine was her mom's only child; and the oldest of seven children from her father.
Christine married Jacob Daniel Hill (who preceded her in death) from that union six children were born:
Roslyn, Sheila Sumner, Yolanda, Daniel, and Betina.
Christine was better known as "Chris". She found her passion when she started nursing school. She went on to be a loving, and passionate nurse for over 45 years.
Christine loved having parties, playing cards, and being around friends and family. Three things you could always find at her house were: pop, cake, and ice cream. Christine loved to shop, especially when it was "on sale". She was also an avid traveler, who went on trips all over the world.
Christine is preceded by her mother, Alberta; and her father, Richard; one sister, Brenda Hunter, and one brother, Thurman Hunter.
Christine leaves to cherish four:- siblings: Barbara Washington, Clara James, Richard Hunter, III, and Ann Red Cross Hunte1 five children Roslyn Williams (Robert), Sheila Hill, Sumner Hill (Erma), Daniel Hill (Linda), and Betina Greer; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and special siblings who were her cousins, but they all grew up together; three of them being: Sheron Shabazz, Alice Lee Drew, and Carolyn Ann Griffin
