Eileen Palmer-Jones was born June 26, 1959, to Preston and Mary Lee Lewis in Chicago, IL She had a joyous children and she attended Robert Frost Middle School. Eileen went to Thornwood High School. She then went on to obtain an Associate's Degree from Suburban College.
Eileen grew up attending Christ Temple Baptist Church, in Markham, IL Later she went on to join Evans Community Church on August 27, 1989. Eileen was blessed to have two children Micheal L Palmer and Kyung L Palmer. In May of 1997 she met Willie A Jones Jr., the love of her life; three years later they got married on July 29, 2000.
Eileen worked as a protected service worker. She started her career on June 27, 2005, for Cook County where she served as a Clerk V for l',) years. While attending ECC she was active in the women's ministries. She also served as the church announcer. She was fluent in sign language and served at the church and social events where she had the opportunity.
There was nothing Eileen did not enjoy more than when she was around family and friends. Shopping, dressing, and being color corrector from head to toe. She enjoyed line dancing with her favorite cousin Rosemary Dawson She also enjoyed crafting. She enjoyed taking her granddaughter to their yearly trip to Disney on Ice.
On Friday August 16, 2024 at 10:34 a.m God called his servant Eileen Palmer-Jones home to take her final rest. Elieen was preceded in death by her loving husband Willie A Jones Jr., brother her parents, her niece Grace, and her Rosematy Dawson Eileeen leaves to cherish her precious memories a son Michael L Palmer, daughter Kyung L Palmer, 3 granddaughter's Lyric, Kameran, Mya, one loving sister Jessie Lewis, brother George Lewis, 4 nieces and 3 nephews, godsons., and a host of relatives and friends.
