James Anderson affectionately known as "Big Jim" was born January 10, 1931 in Memphis, TN. James was an active Military Veteran in the Korean War from 1951-1954. Shortly after married the love of his life Louise (Seal) Anderson He was an respected construction worker and part of the local union for 40 years. Also, an active usher of Friendship Church. James transitioned November 10, 2018 at home peaceful with family He preceded in death by his parents Otho Anderson and Annie Anderson; 3 siblings: Ruthann, Barbara, and George;
2 grandsons: Carlos Graham and Larry Turner, Jr He leaves to cherish his loving wife, Louise Anderson; 5 siblings: Issac (Mary), Claudia, Thomas, Blanch and Ben; 5 children: Lula, Lillie (Bill), Delois, Carolyn, and Joshua 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 6 great great grand-children; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
