My father was a loving and kind man who was loved by many! His legacy will live on through his children, Valerie Herring, Jeffrey Herring, Sr., June Austin, Freddrick Ryals, James Herring, Jr. and Ashley Herring. We are truly saddened by the passing of beloved Father, but we find great comfort knowing our dad is at Rest! We thank God for allowing him 79 years. He was a Military man and was proud to have served his Country. James Theodore Herring, we, your children proudly Salute You!
