LaVerne "Fluff' Williams born on April 5, 1957 in Chicago Heights, IL. to Johnnie Mae Williams and Robert Williams.
LaVerne loved attending St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church; especially when they had musicals. LaVerne was a sweet, kind, loving person. She kept to herself; and didn't bother anyone.
LaVerne loved watching basketball games, especially the Bulls. LaVerne also loved going to the casino, doing word puzzles, shopping, and playing "Candy Crush''.
LaVerne attended McKinley Elementary School and graduated from Thornton Township High School in Harvey, IL. LaVerne worked at Oak Forest Hospital until later retiring in December of 2011.
LaVerne met Nathan Banks; together they raised two children LaKeisha and Nathan Williams. LaVerne is preceded in death by her mother, Johnnie Mae Williams, Grandmother, Rose Walker, Great Nephew, Torrence Flowers; Aunt Dorothy.
LaVerne is Survived by Mr. Nathan Banks; her daughter, LaKeisha Williams ( DeVonne); her son, Nathan Williams (Regina}, Grandson, NaTrel Williams; her brother, Artie Williams; niece, Felicia Thomas; Great Nephew, Ramella Green; Great-Great Niece, Nova Flowers; and a host of grandkids and friends.
