Lisa Charlene Murphy was born April 9, 1967 to George Butler and Della Mae Murphy at Cook County Hospital. She was the youngest of her four siblings and her father’s only child.
Lisa moved to Chicago, IL from Robbins, IL in 1974; at the age of seven. She was educated in theChicago Public School System; and attended Mt. Greenwood Elementary and Morgan Park High School.
Lisa had various jobs in her lifetime; from fast food to bartending; to security and working at the Chicago Park Plastic. We all know Lisa was something else but we all loved her.
Both her parents preceded her in death. She leaves behind her son, Daron Murphy, Sr.; her daughter, Darlisa Murphy; and three grandchildren: Marquitta Murphy, Daron Murphy, Jr. and Ashanti Wilson; one sister, Linda Murphy; two brothers: Gary Murphy and Peter Murphy; one niece, Belinda Murphy; and one great niece, Chyaire Love; two great nephews: Tyler and Brent Woods; and a host of relatives and friends.
