Nettie Tennie was born on December 30, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to the Churchill Family.
Throughout her life she always had a special love for her community. She loved her community so much that she would never move anywhere else.
True to her calling as a mother, Nettie loved her two sons unconditionally, always loving and nurturing them. Both her sons, Calvin and Laydon preceded her in death.
Nettie leaves to cherish her memory: her two sisters: Vera Jean Ramey and Yvonne Wickman. She also leaves a host of family and friends. Nettie will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
