Rashaad was an Employee who I had the pleasure of working with for the last few years, he always had a smile on his face even when the situation didn't warrant one.Â Rashaad had just begun to blossom here at the Department of Juvenile Justice and had become a great mentor for the Youth. These Youth could relate to him and had considered him somewhat of a big brother. These Youth were extremely saddened by his death. He will be truly missed and I know that his future within the Department would have led him to great things.Â It is so tragic that his life was cut short but I know that God never makes any mistakes and that he got his wings because his time on this earth was done and that he was needed more in Heaven, I pray for the entire family that you find comfort in knowing that you raised a great son, also that God gives you a peace that surpasses all understanding.
