Ronald Ferguson Neucke, most affectionately known as Ronnie, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May r, 2024 at78 years old. He was born March 30, 1946 inChicago, Illinois to the adoring parents of Juan Carlos Neucke & Yvonne Marie Wickman.
Ronnie graduated from Kennedy-King College located in Chicago, Illinois with his Associates Degree in Business Administration. His love for entrepreneurship led him to the opening of Neutron Video located in Country Club Hills - Illinois, where he immensely enjoyed servicing his community. In his later years as Sergeant Neucke he forged a path in Security in which he retired in 2019.
Ronald was a member of the Valley Boys - National Freedom Fighters where he established lifelong friendships that evolved into familial bonds. He followed the teachings of the Nation oflslam, promoting racial unity and selfhelp while maintaining a strict code of discipline amongst its members.
Ronnie emerged from the 11Old School11 tradition, his adolescent and young adult years were spent experiencing activities that were uniquely 'Chicago,' like Bopping (Stepping) at the historic nightspots, like the legendary 1Budland1 and the 'Peps.' He was an overall sports enthusiast but it was his love for golf that superseded all.
Ronald was a devoted and caring Son, Father and Husband, prioritizing his family, sharing three children Akilah, Raheem and Rajaee with April Neucke, with unwavering love that transcended through generations.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his Grandfather's: Rufino Neucke and Ferguson Orr, Grandmother's: Willa Orr (Mama Dear) and Marguerite Neucke (Mother Marguerite), Father:Juan Neucke & Brother: Reginald Wickman (Reggie).
Ronald leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving Mother: Yvonne Wickman; Siblings: Regina Neucke-Gates (Rev. Gates), Rodonna Shannon (The late Cecil Shannon) and Renea Wickman (Dr. Thomas Story); Children: Akilah (Larry Bell Jr.), Raheem (Robyn) and Rajaee Neucke; Grand-Daughters: Nevani, Nemari, Nykaishi and Nysiir Bell, Compassionate Aunt: Carolyn Neucke and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
