I’m one of Russell’s big brothers I remember when were all little me and Dabay will be watching tv and Russell will run up behind me and us and slap the back of our heads and run away laughing to our mom because he couldn’t watch his show but I love you brother wish I could’ve talked to you before you left us we miss you down here and I know you’re up there telling some crazy stories of us down here but I love and miss you my boa rashee-kooooo

Condolences to the family and friends. Russell was one of my students in Grades 5 and 6 at Lowell Elementary School in Harvey. I remember him as a funny student, with a big grin. He liked to participate in deep discussions after teacher Read-Alouds. Russell was great at imitating the teachers. I have not seen Russell in years, but I always speak about him fondly. May he rest in peace.
