Sandra was born May 19th, 1949 to the union of Charles and Corrine Walker; the youngest of 6 children born to this union. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and 3 of her siblings.
Sandra attended the Chicago and Harvey Public Schools. She also attended Nursing School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
She was employed at Ingalls Memorial Hospital for 30 plus years. Sandra was married to Pete Rials to this union one son, Kevin was born . On August 19th, 2014 she married Darryl Travis. After a short illness Sandra transitioned, exchanging time for eternity onApril 16th, 2019.
Sandra leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Darryl; his children: Darryl, Jr., Letrice, Corinth, and Gloria; her son, Kevin (Sacheen); 2 grandchildren: Jeremy and Joshua; 2 sisters: Charlotte (Eugene) of Bottom, MS, Yolanda (Cal City);1 brother-in-law, Roger (Angela); 1 uncle Arthur Jackson, Covert, MI; 5 nieces and nephews; 13 great nieces and nephews; and 11 great great nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and friends.
