Toylin Culbreath Obituary
Toylin Culbreath was born on February 13, 1941 in Chicago, IL. to the late Eddie Smith and Lucillie Nance. She was the third of their eight children. Her parents and two of her siblings preceded her in death.
Toylin attended Farragut High School, but she didn't graduate there; she would receive her high school diploma later in life. She accepted the Lord God our Father on November 16, 1997 at Whitney High School; which was the temporary home to The Light of Righteous Church, under the teachings of Bishop Ezra
J. Hartfield.
Toylin was £Hied with the Holy Ghost on January 28, 1999; at 4545 South Western Ave. She was baptized in the Philadelphia Church on
6rst. & Marshfield by Bishop Ezra J. Hartsfield on October 3, 1998 at
10 a.m. She transitioned to the church at 354 S. Charles St. under the same Pastor until he passed away. From 1960 to 1970, she was employed at the post office. After IO years, she left the post office. She met and married Fred Lewis Culbreath on October 23, 1976. To this union six children were born. Her middle child Vincent F. Culbreath preceded her in death. Toylin was united with the Sword of Spirit Church, under the leadership of Pastor Ron Williams in 2022.
On December 25, 2024 Toylin quietly slipped away from this life; and entered her Heavenly Home. She leaves behind five children to celebrate her homegoing Anthony Miles, Pime Knox, Kewpi Culbreath, Jeanette Culbreath, Darrell
Culbreath, Tony Miles, June Edison, Juanita Webb, Terry Smith, Thryza Knox (Santangelo); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great, great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the Household of Faith.
