Trainette Renee' Graham Davis was born on April 21, 1952 in Chicago, IL. to Atkins Clayton and Lutishia Graham who proceeded her in death. Trainette was the third of six siblings. Her sister Earline Lee and brother Edward Salter preceded her in death. Trainette was lovingly called Trina by her family and close friends.
Trainette loved God and was baptized at an early age at Greater Harvest Baptist Church. She joined the church and was a member of the choir. She loved to sing praises to the Lord. Trina loved to bake and do crafting projects. Trainette was loving and kind to everyone and everyone loved her.
Trainette graduated from Jean Baptiste Point DuSable high school and went on to Northeastern Teacher's College in Evanston, IL. and Kennedy King College in Chicago, IL. where she graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Development. Trainette worked in childcare for over 30 years; she enjoyed working with children.
Trainette met the love of her life Robert Davis and was joined together in marriage. Trainette and Robert crusted in God and fulfilled their marital vows to each other. She was married over 34 years to her devoted and loving husband who cared for her throughout her extended health battle. Trainette loved all her family and in her own words, "I enjoyed every day I had with my three wonderful and beautiful children and grandchildren."
Trainette Graham Davis returned home to her Heavenly Father on April 9, 2025. She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her loving husband, Robert Davis; her loving sons: Lennard McFadden, and Jamil (Karon) McFadden; her loving daughter, Tanita Robin Davis; her loving grandchildren: Jamil McFadden, Jr, Nani McFadden, Lutishia McFadden, Lennay McFadden, Caleb Yarbrough, Laila McFadden, Kinsley McFadden, and Taylor (Sisca) Yarbrough; her loving brother, Warrick (Darrell) Graham; and her loving sisters: Brenda (Tino) Walker, and Tawanda Clayton; and her nieces and nephews whom she loved like her own children; her beloved Aunt Eva; and a host of cousins and friends whom she loved dearly.
